Dennis D. Anschutz, 73, of Little Sturgeon, died peacefully at his residence, surrounded by household on Might 12, 2024, after a brave battle with most cancers. He was born Feb. 23, 1951, in Sturgeon Bay to Alvin and Marjorie (Albert) Anschutz.
Dennis graduated from Southern Door Excessive Faculty in 1969 after which attended barber faculty in Inexperienced Bay. On July 31, 1971, he married JoAnn Wiltz at St. Peters Lutheran Church in Sturgeon Bay. In 1973, he began his personal barbershop in Sturgeon Bay, The Razor’s Edge, the place he barbered for 52 years. In 1998, his daughter Misty joined him as a hair stylist, working facet by facet with Dennis for twenty-five years.
As an avid outdoorsman, Dennis loved looking, fishing, lure taking pictures and gardening. He liked spending time along with his grandchildren and mentoring them in all of the issues he was captivated with. He was a very long time and lively member at Whitetails Limitless the place he acquired the Lifetime Achievement Award. Survivors embrace his spouse and three kids, Holly Anschutz (Greg Nelson), Culley (Robin) Anschutz, and Misty (Joe) Torp; 6 grandchildren, Cole Torp (Desirae Guilette), Drew DeClark, Lance Torp, Abigail DeClark, Cruz Anschutz, and Amira Anschutz; sister Bonnie (Dick) Wilke, sister-in-law Ardy Anschutz, and in-laws Michael (Lisa) Wiltz. He was preceded in loss of life by his mother and father and brother Alton Anschutz.
